Mission Statement

To provide affordable housing for extremely low, very low, and low income families to promote self-sufficiency, economic independence and first time homeownership for eligible program participants; to provide a high level of excellence in customer service; and to remain in total compliance with all Federal, State, County, and local laws, non-discrimination laws, including but not limited to all Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act and all rules, regulations and guidance of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
